WHAT IS A DIGITAL NAVIGATOR?

Digital Navigators are trusted guides who address the whole digital inclusion process – home connectivity, devices, and digital skills.

AREAS OF SUPPORT

  • Information on free or low-cost Internet

Several internet service providers (ISP) are offering free or low-cost internet options in Delaware County, and we can help navigate the information essential to qualifying and signing up for these programs.

  • Learning new digital literacy skills

Chester Education Foundation is an approved Northstar Digital Literacy testing site. We can help you achieve training & certification in topics such as: essential computer skills, essential software skills, and using technology in your daily life – all of which can help with school, work, and daily tasks.

  • Using your laptop, desktop, or tablet

Digital Navigators can help with many problems with your laptop, desktop or tablet. If it is beyond our skillset, we can help connect you with additional IT support.

  • Device Distribution

Chester Education Foundation is working with local partners to distribute devices such as desktop & laptop computers (new & refurbished), tablets, Chromebooks, etc. If you need an internet-accessible device, we will work with you to find a free or low-cost option.
